I enjoyed this book tremendously. I think it's fairly safe to say, that this book is an instant classic, and one that youth can read with their parents.

Charlamagne came onto my radar, as well as many in the tri-state area, as an on-air personality alongside the legendary Wendy Williams. Always known for speaking his mind and being able to be on the giving and receiving end of a joke, Charlamagne stood out. In this memoir, Charlamagne charts his journey from the dirt roads of South Carolina, to the Judy Blume reading nerdy boy, to the drug dealing prankster, to the intern working for free, to the radio personality that some love to hate and hate to love. I was deeply moved by Charlamagne's practical advice - it's tough love served with lived wisdom and raw humor. Charlamagne prides himself on his honesty, and it shines all over this book.

Recommendation: REQUIRED!!! Yooooo......go out and get this book.

Audience: This book is marketed to adults, but teens WOULD EAT THIS UP!
